Discharge Appointment

An arrangement to release the patient at a particular time and place

The discharge nurse will review:

- the patient’s medical record

- aftercare instructions pertaining to :

- medications

- exercise restrictions

- physical therapy

- and other important information

At this time you may ask any questions you may have pertaining to the procedure and/or aftercare instructions as well as schedule your recheck appointment.
