How do I schedule an appointment with Dr. Dew or Dr. Hodgson?

Call our office and our Client Service Coordinator will schedule your appointment with Dr. Dew during our regular business hours of Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, and alternate Tuesdays in Memphis from 11:00-2:00 pm, or with Dr. Hodgson during our regular business hours of Tuesday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Necessary Information to have ready when you call:

- Patient Information (breed, color, sex, age, weight)

- List of all Medications

- Diagnostic results (labwork, radiographs, etc.)

You will be given an estimate of the cost of care, which is subject to change based upon Dr. Dew’s or Dr. Hodgson’s recommendations and treatment plan.

Pre-op instructions will be sent to you with a sample of the client consent form for you to review
